Main Tasks

We are looking for a Legal Counsel who will report to the group’s General Counsel. You have good knowledge and experience of securities- and exchange law and company law. Among other things you will advise on capital market- and related compliance matters. You will also work with Skanska AB’s General Meeting. You will have a supportive and advisory role as well as managing internal and external processes supporting good corporate governance. You will interact with many parts of Skanska organization and you will work with a variety of tasks within the team’s area of responsibility, ranging from large and complex projects to more routine matters. The role is new and together with the General Counsel you will be part of developing their legal team.

 

Your profile

You have a minimum of five years of relevant experience from one of the leading law firms and/or in-house from a public corporation. You are a business oriented team player with good social skills. Comfortably you communicate at all levels. With your strong driving force and curiosity you act proactively. Both your spoken and written English and Swedish are fluent.
