Main Tasks

We are looking for a Legal Counsel who will report to the group’s General Counsel. You will support the Board, Group Leadership team and other group functions and work with a broad range of corporate legal matters, e.g. corporate governance, stock exchange rules, annual general meeting and also personal data protection, trademarks, other regulatory matters and overall legal compliance. You will interact with many parts of Skanska ABs organization and coordinate initiatives between Group legal and business units’ legal functions but also assist in project related legal tasks where no business unit is involved. 

The Position is based in Stockholm.

Your profile

You have a minimum of five years of relevant experience from one of the leading law firms and/or in-house from a public corporation. Your knowledge and experience from contract- and company law is very good and preferably you have also experience from working with data protection, trademarks and other regulatory matters. Experience from corporate governance and stock exchange is an advantage. You are a business oriented team player with good social skills. Comfortably you communicate at all levels. With your strong driving force and curiosity you act proactively. Both your spoken and written English and Swedish are fluent.
